+How do I place an order?
Please order via the order form and we will respond to you within 48 hours.
+When should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least two weeks before your event to ensure availability and quality. Last-minute orders may be available but are subject to a rush fee.
+Can you accommodate an order on short notice?
We prefer at least two weeks notice since everything is made fresh to order. For smaller orders, we'll do our best to accommodate a shorter turn around time when possible.
+Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, or Zelle.
+Are there any eggless options available?
We offer plenty of dessert options that are egg free, and some of our desserts can be customized to be egg free upon request.
+Do you offer any gluten free or nut free options?
We do offer a few desserts that are allergen friendly but please be advised that we are an open kitchen that uses eggs, gluten, dairy, and nuts.
+Do you offer delivery?
Absolutely! Free contactless delivery available within 15 miles of 75075, a small delivery fee will be added if outside the free delivery area. Delivery driver will always have masks and gloves on for everyone's safety. Contactless pickup is always available upon request.
+Do you offer full setup or just delivery?
We offer pick up from our Plano kitchen, delivery to the client's venue or delivery and set up. Set up includes sequence tablecloth, dessert stands as well as signage.
+What is your payment policy?
Once the quote is accepted and the deposit is received, this document serves as the official agreement between the client and Butter & Saffron.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than five (5) days prior to the event date.
Quotes are valid for three (3) days from the date issued and are subject to availability and pricing changes thereafter. Orders placed with less than two (2) weeks' notice may incur a rush fee.
+What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and are closed on Sunday. Services outside those hours are available upon request.
