DELIVERY & SETUP

Butter & Saffron provides curated dessert table styling, which includes the following:

  • Table linens (black, white, blush pink, sequined gold, and sequined rose gold)
  • Dessert stands (silver, white, gold, and gold & crystal)
  • Light florals and greenery (blush pink and lavender)
  • Printed menus with allergen listings
  • Dessert spoons

The client is responsible for providing a table for setup, napkins, and dessert plates (if needed). Napkins, dessert plates, and additional styling items may be provided by Butter & Saffron for an additional fee.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made within ten (10) days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit due to preparation, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling commitments.

Events may be rescheduled with two (2) or more weeks’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made with less than two weeks’ notice are subject to availability and a 20% rescheduling fee.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN

Butter & Saffron requires 1.5 hours prior to the event for setup and 1 hour following the event for breakdown. On-site staffing during the event to monitor or restock desserts is available upon request and billed at $50 per hour.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Indoor events are strongly recommended. Outdoor events require a covered setup area.
  • Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.
  • Menu changes after confirmation are subject to availability and pricing adjustments.
  • Butter & Saffron is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • The client agrees to reimburse Butter & Saffron for any damage to equipment or décor.
  • Client must provide venue access and parking 1.5 hours prior to the event.
